I was so shocked thinking about what just happened, I met Jungkook in person and he gave me his number, there was so much for me to process. But I decided to ignore it and I went to my dorm and found that Kriti had came back.
Kriti: You're back y/n, where did you go?
Y/n: I just went to the convenience store to bring some essentials.
Kriti: Oh.......did you bring rameyon......I am starving, let's eat rameyon.
Y/n: Ok I will make it, by the way how was your dance audition today?
Kriti: The teachers told me that I am good I just need slight improvement to become perfect.
Y/n: That's great.
Then we had our dinner, I was smiling like and * thinking about Jungkook the whole time
Kriti: What's wrong with you y/n, why are you smiling, tell me.
Y/n: Nothing, I am just very happy that after going through so much I am finally able to pursue me dream.
Kriti: For that do you have to smile like this, as if you're crazy.
Y/n: No it's nothing like that(I tried to be normal hiding my feelings). Okay now today was a long day, let's go sleep.
Kriti: Yeah you're right, I'm also very tired.
Then we both headed for sleep, I closed my eyes but was not able to sleep. My mind kept wandering about Jungkook, I was still in shock that why did he gave me his number, is this even his real number. I couldn't sleep, when I looked at Kriti and she was asleep. So I just decided to sleep, I closed my eyes but soon a thought came to my mind, Should I message at that number? Maybe it was really Jungkook's number............or maybe it was not. But I should give it a try. I opened the number and put a message.
Y/n: Hey.....!
(I waited for the reply and as expected, the reply came in five minutes). Unknown: Y/n?
Y/n: Umm......yeah, but how did you know. Unknown: I gave you my number so how could I not know 😏.
Y/n: It means............you're really Jungkook. Jungkook: Yeah.......don't you believe.
Y/n: No I mean........I saw you giving a number but never expected it would really be yours. Jungkook: But it is mine.
Y/n: How could I believe it's really you. Jungkook: What could I do to prove it to you.
Y/n: Umm...........What could you do.........well...........send me a video of you right now.
Jungkook POV
I was lying in my bed while Jimin hyung and the others members were asleep when I saw my phone beep, who could it be at this time?Does BangPD has something important to say, or is it someone else. I opened the message and it was from an unknown number, I knew it was y/n because I gave her my number so I replied. We chatted for a while but she didn't believe me I was really Jungkook. Well.........I knew it was hard to believe so she asked me to send a video of mine.
I looked around as I was sleeping with my hyungs so it was not safe taking the video there. I went to my balcony and opened my camera and made a short video and sent it to y/n.
Y/n POV
I was waiting for the reply, is he a stranger? Could it be that someone is talking with me taking the name to Jungkook and went offline when I said to send the video. As I was thinking all this my phone beeped and I saw a video from that number. I opened the video and what I saw made me freeze...................it was really Jungkook!!! In the video he was saying"Well..........y/n I knew you wouldn't believe if I say I'm Jungkook, so here is the prove. I hope you believe me now(He said chuckling and running his hands through the hair)". OMG!!!.............He really is Jungkook and he even took my name. I was soo excited that I wanted to shout my lungs out but I controlled myself as Kriti was sleeping near me.
Y/n: You look soo handsome 😍. Jungkook: Well........I am naturally handsome 😉.
Y/n: Yeah.......that's also true. Jungkook: I can talk to you like this but I have a request from you y/n.
Y/n: What is it?
Jungkook: Please don't share my number or my video anywhere or I will be in big trouble.
Y/n: Are you crazy? Why would I.........being and Army I care about your security and privacy. I would never do that in my whole life. Jungkook: I know but I just reminded you.
Y/n: And why would I share your number, I feel very lucky getting your number why would I let someone other talk to you 🙄. Jungkook: Oh really..........you like me that much 😏.
Y/n: Definitely.......you're my bias. Jungkook: Then I should feel honoured.
Y/n: By the way how did you get time to talk to me.......I mean as far as I know you schedules are very busy right. Jungkook: Yes normally we are very busy but we got one month break.
Y/n: Ohh then that's good.............you should get some rest now.....don't stay up late. I know you rarely get chance to sleep properly during your busy schedules. Jungkook: Aww..........looks like someone is caring for me 🫣.
Y/n: Yahh.......stop it 😑. Jungkook: Ok fine...........I won't tease you now 😅 go get some sleep.
Y/n: I will............you should sleep too, it's already late. Good night Jungkook-ssi. Jungkook: Good night y/n.
I closed my phone and went in the balcony and I started jumping like crazy..........I can't believe I am talking to the great Jeon Jungkook. It felt so comfortable talking to him, I didn't even feel like I was talking to a celebrity. He was totally different with me than his normal self, I liked this side of him. Will we always talk like this in the future or will we be apart after sometime? Does he has something with me so he gave me his number? Many thoughts came to my mind but I thought that talking to my bias itself is a blessing. I don't know how long it was going to last but I wanted to enjoy every single bit of it.
Jungkook POV
We talked till late night and then we decided to go to sleep. I lied on my bed and thought to myself why did I felt so good talking to her, I felt a very strong connection with her. I never felt anything like this in my life. Will y/n talk to me like this forever?.......Will we get apart after some? Should I tell hyungs about this? I guess I should not tell them now or they will get mad at me, I will tell them after things work out between me and y/n. Thinking all this I decided to sleep.
