Y/nPOV
I just got up from sleep and went to do my morning routine and quickly headed to university. I had a very hectic month because of not much success in my carrer. I mostly stayed overtime this month, I rarely replied to Jungkook's text or calls. Kriti was also concerned about me, she asked my many times but I didn't tell her anything as I didn't want anyone to worry about me, and she was continously succeeding in her dancing career so I didn't want to make her sad. I also started to ignore my mom's call as I didn't want to tell her about my condition. One day I was coming back from university and I was so tensed that I stayed at my favourite place. It was a park and there were not so many people there often. It was an old park and it was almost empty always that's why I liked it. I went there and stared at the stars. I thought about my condition and burst into tears. I put my phone on silent so that nothing could disturb me.
Jungkook POV
I was worried about y/n as she was not answering to any of my calls or texts from ten days. Is she busy? But whatever happens she replies to my texts everyday even if at midnight but now she completely stopped seeing my messages and calls. I wanted to meet her and ask her what's wrong with her as I was concerned about her. I decided to search her at her favourite park. We sometimes used to hangout there at night. I put on my jacket, mask,hat and glasses and rushed to the park. As soon as I reached near the park I heard sounds of sobbing and when I went close it was y/n. Oh my.......what happened to her? Why is she crying. I went to her and sat besides her.
Jungkook: Y/n...
Y/n: J-Jungkook, why are you here?(She said sniffing and looking at me with red nose and puffy eyes)
Jungkook: Hey why are you crying.........what happened to you, you also started ignoring my calls and texts. I knew something was wrong so I thought to check here.
Y/n: N-no nothing is wrong(She said wiping her tears and giving a forced smile).
Jungkook: No y/n, something is wrong, we have been talking for almost six months and now I know you very well. I know something is wrong, you can tell me. Do you want to stop talking to me because you don't feel like-
Y/n: It's not like that(She said cutting in between) I would never want to stop talking to you ever in my life.
Jungkook: Then tell me what's wrong(I said putting my hands on her both shoulder and holding her).
Y/n: Actually....... I(She looked at me trying to hold her tears but when she couldn't ,she put her hands around my waist and hugged me).
Jungkook:(I was shocked but I knew she needed someone to comfort her so I put my arms around her shoulders and patted her head) Don't cry y/n. It hurts seeing my bestie cry.Now tell me what's wrong(I said continuing to pat her head and comfort her).
Y/n: (She started speaking while hiding in my arms) You already know that I am very amibitious about my painting career. So when I learnt all of it I made my own creations and brought it to many companies. I showed some of my comics to them but they always tell that's its so old fashioned and I am not talented, I can't do anything. I have been trying from a long time but nothing is working.(She again started sobbing).
Jungkook: Hey...........don't cry y/n, not everyone can see your potential as I can. You're very talented and can do better than these companies. Just don't stop trying. By the way what type of comics do you make.
Y/n: I made some of the popular famous ancient stories of the comics.
Jungkook: I get it...........that's why they keep rejecting you.
Y/n: What do you mean?
Jungkook: They rejected you because you have made the stories which are already been made and you are just remaking them. I think you should try something new. Something made by your own. You can make up your own stories and then you will see how will you succeed.
Y/n: Really?...........do you think so(She asked looking at me).
Jungkook: Definitely(I said looking at her smiling).
Y/n: And I can also make stories or arts of BTS and it will be my own creation(She said happily)
Jungkook: See.............when you're happy you immediately get ideas and when you're tensed you could think of nothing(I said pinching her nose).
Y/n POV
I continued to pour out my feelings to him. But then I realised I was hugging him all this time...............I quickly backed off and he looked at me with surprise.
Y/n: Uh............well.............I'm so sorry for hugging you without your permission(I said wiping my tears).
Jungkook: Hey..........that's fine. I knew you wanted comfort so I just let you.
Y/n: Please don't misunderstand, I don't know what got into me.
Jungkook: Stop apologizing like this, I am your friend right. Why will I misunderstand. A friend only helps other friend in need right.
Y/n: Well............yes(I said slightly sobbing).
Jungkook: Don't be sad, come here(He said putting my head on his shoulder and taking off his jacket and putting it on me).
Y/n:Thanks (I was dumbstruck but I stayed still).
Jungkook: Don't give up easily y/n, take the example of your inspirational person or idol.
Y/n: You're my idol(I said smiling looking at him).
Jungkook: Oh yes I forgot(He said pinching my cheeks and smiling)So..............you can take example of me. When I was in highschool I already was training and I cried a lot because I missed my parents and worried so much about my future. But If we will only worry and not do hardwork then we won't get success. I and our group BTS have been insulted many times but we never gave up and kept our hardwork and then eventually we improved and now you can already see the results. My inspiration was my hyungs and specially Namjoon hyung, I joined the group because of him. So you can take my example now. Don't give up y/n and try my idea once. I know you will succeed.
Y/n: I know all of this.
Jungkook: So you should apply it in your life too.
Y/n: I think you're right(I said sniffing).
Jungkook: You can cry but can you please wipe your nose first.
Y/n: You're so annoying(I said chuckling and hitting his chest playfully).
Jungkook: Ok okay I will just wash my shirt(He said laughing). Do you feel better now?
Y/n: Yes............much better. Thank you so much Jungkook, you really are my best healer.(I said removing my head from his shoulder and looking at him smiling).
Jungkook: That's like my good girl(He said patting my head).
Y/n(In mind): Did he just call me "my ...............good girl". Wow!!!
Jungkook: What are thinking now..........come on let's have ice-cream to lighten your mood(He said holding my hand and making me get up).
Y/n: Okay let's go.
We went to the nearest ice-cream shop and brought Jungkook's favourite "Lotte Sweet Corn Ice cream" and ate it in the park while chatting and laughing. I was feeling much better now.
Jungkook: Y/n now listen to me.
Y/n: Yes what happened.
Jungkook: Introduce me to your friend so that when you're not around I can have information about you.
Y/n: What!!! to Kriti.
Jungkook: Yes.
Y/n: But.........won't you be in trouble? I mean what if she leaks your number in excitement.
Jungkook: You only told me that she is your childhood friend and once you will convince her she will not tell............right.
Y/n: Yes you're right but why do I need to do this.
Jungkook: Because you don't tell me when you are in problem. So I will ask your friend then.
Y/n: Okay but are you sure?
Jungkook: I trust you.
Y/n: Ok then I will tell her as soon as I get back or in the morning. Now you should also get back otherwise Jimin-ssi will find out that you have sneaked out.
Jungkook: Yes you're right................I totally forgot about this while talking to you. Bye y/n, be careful on your way home and remember to tell to your friend. I will get going now..........Goodnight y/n.
Y/n: I will definitely tell her, goodnight Jungkook take care.
Jungkook: You too(Saying this he left running).
I was feeling much better now so I decided to get back to my dorm.
