I was in Carmel for this Thanksgiving. I was flipping through each fanfiction that I had read before. But then, when I was watching the BTS MAMA performance of Black Swan, it gave a perfect idea for the story.
But somehow, my thought seemed to have been a faze or something. And then, suddenly, it was while I was flipping through my notifications, when I noticed that HYBE Stories had updated a new storyline. It was LE SSERAFIM's Crimson Heart. That was when it really hit me!
I thought of my new story title Crimes of the Heart. But, then again, it could have been used for a sequel title. I kept it in the back of my mind. And so, when I was reading on this site, before going to bed, I was reading the ENHYPEN collaboration called DARK MOON: The Blood Altar. And I thought, Gee, this is a great story so far!
But when I clicked to the next page, it said I had to have 3 coins to pay for the next episodes. This kind of disappointed me at first. Sorry if I'm coming off as mean/rude/not very nice, but I kind of wished that I did know that there were paid stories right here. And also I didn't really know any better at the time, so there you go.
But it actually gave me enough motivation to write out the draft! And being in Carmel and the whole County was the best idea yet!
One more thing! The house scenes in the story were all inspired by the famed Hearst Castle. I felt the story already coming to life once I went on the tour. And I imagined myself just floating all around each side of the high-ceilinged rooms. For the first time, I felt such peacefulness.
In the end, I came home and began straight to work on this story!
