Miriam was getting out her books for today’s class and had mistakenly dropped her diary. However, she didn’t notice that it was missing.
During a free study period, she found the diary sitting on her usual spot. She wondered how it got there.

FLASHBACK
After Miriam dropped her diary, Jake Shim actually picked it up to return it to her. But he couldn’t help but wonder what she had been writing about. He looked through the page on the day she first came to school.

MONDAY
Today was my first day at the Saint Peter’s Lutheran College. I was really excited. But to tell you the truth, it was pretty expensive. My mother and I may not be rich, but we are very fortunate.
To tell you a little about myself, I am a Genovian. And I remembered that in 2013, Australia was invaded by the army from my country and many had to flee, and it was mostly children. When I first moved here two months ago in the Summer, I thought I was going to be met with war. But luckily, everything was safe.
I wanted to go to a school that specializes in socializing with students with autism (like me). Once I came to this school, I could tell that I was not going to fit in. All of the other students looked like they came from rich families and just came here to have a good time, or even just be show- offs like I would see in movies and TV shows. Obviously… there had to be at least one.
This girl, Kang Yeji, supposedly the school principal’s daughter, tried to tell me off and said that Jake Shim, the school’s K-Pop celebrity and famous member of ENHYPEN, wouldn’t date newbies like me. I know it’s not true, since before he left, he actually gave me a warm smile.
So…one day, I will work up the nerve and ask this man out on a date…as friends of course. I know he probably might not think the same as me, but I find that this way, I’ll get to know him a little better, without spoiled brats like Kang Yeji getting in the way. Wish me luck!

TUESDAY
I just found out more about Kang Yeji! There is more to uncover. But this is one of the most important details for today.
As it turns out, Jake Shim of ENHYPEN is actually blinded in a fake-dating scandal! They are saying that she will do anything in her power to get him to be her boyfriend and it’s all because she is rich! I couldn’t believe what I was even hearing!
I hope her dad comes around and stops all of this. If nothing is done about it, then everything might not end well for everyone!

While walking out to the courtyard again, Miriam thought about how her diary ended up in her study hall. She sat down and thought of it for a little while.
I’m sure someone read it. Now my feelings are really going to be let out for sure!
She then heard the sound of Jake’s violin again. She paused and listened for it. This time, it was a much faster piece and required a lot of finger work. Miriam realized he wasn’t just some ordinary guy. He was someone that could make her heart flutter with just a few notes on the violin.
But then, Kang Yeji joined in and played along with Jake. Miriam was outraged. She then stormed off. Everyone could see that they belonged together.
She then sat down and cried of anguish, not wanting to see them together anymore. She felt her heart drop as she let out her tears and sadness.
I guess they were right, she thought tearfully, I don’t stand a chance for him. I am just a newbie.
Later on, during a study period, she couldn’t unsee the dirty looks on the other students’ faces, as if they were blaming her for getting in the way of Yeji and Jake’s relationship. But only she and Jake knew that that was not true at all. She yearned for a moment just to herself.
She then brought out her diary and wrote about her angered feelings.
TODAY
She’s done it again. Kang Yeji had stolen my chance to even see Jake and let alone talk to him.
All she did today was push me away to play her stupid little violin alongside his beautiful violin and decide to leave me out of it! It just hurts my feelings so bad! And she doesn’t even deserve him! And now everyone thinks I’m messing up their relationship! That’s even worse!
