CHAPTER FOURTEEN

We took a break. Not from filming. That’s everyday. And I mean everyday. From waking up, having breakfast and practicing our dance and having dinner, to eventually going to sleep at night. I was comfortable, but with those cameras capturing every move… it’s the exact opposite.
The next morning. It was the last week of July. Me and my girl groups were going to film a short dance video to the music of BLACKPINK’s “As if it’s Your Last”. We used the couch as one of our props, and it wasn’t heavy at all. But we were suddenly called up by the Voice of I-LAND. We all gathered at the main hall.
“Y/N L/N,” the voice said, “Come forth to the voting area and you may use the extension card to let three GROUNDers back to I-LAND in the next part.”
I then went to a segregated space that had the profiles of the I-LANDers and GROUNDers. I wanted so much for Jake to be in the next part, so he wouldn’t have to suffer being in GROUND anymore. I didn’t want that either.
I chose Jake, Jay, and Ni-Ki to come back to I-LAND. You never know…maybe they could be in the best K-Pop band there is.
I then went back and sat right next to my two girl groups. They looked at me with anxiety.
“The three people that Y/N had chosen will come to I-LAND next month, which we will mark as the second part of our show, and they will be unable to be eliminated again. We will continue with our next test very shortly.”
Later on, we were in our bedroom. We then heard some of the guys going crazy.
If it’s a K-Pop group, I’m not going!
It was a K-Pop group.
Friends, I would like to mention SEVENTEEN. The most popular K-Pop group on KBS TV. Also Mnet and 1andK.
We then recorded our video, little did we know that the boys would walk in on us while we were filming. Our moves, again, were smooth and simple, adding a few hair flips. But they saw us as if we really were BLACKPINK or TWICE, or even Red Velvet.
Lara, Erika, Leila, and Maeve posed behind the couch, while me, Holly, Juliet, Keira, and Isabelle posed sitting on the couch, as our ending to the video. Hinata, Jax, and Livia did all of the filming. We called them our cameramen.
They then applauded as if they were in a K-Pop concert.
Galway Londoners attempted to shoo them away. But they wouldn’t budge. It was too late.
“Hello…ladies,” said Dino, one of the members, “Um…the boys were here to practice one of our songs to showcase…so can you find…somewhere else to practice?”
“We were here first!” snapped Maeve, “You can practice in the gym!”
But we were the ones having to end up in the gym. At least it had a mirror and enough space for our couch prop. But SEVENTEEN was not being very nice to us. Not nice at all. This made me feel depressed than the time Jake had to go to GROUND. I couldn’t help but frown. Even if I smiled through the camera as we filmed, I couldn’t help feeling sad.
I was sleeping in one of the warm beds. Jungwon then laid right beside me. It was a bit uncomfortable. But it was his bed and not mine.
I began to sniffle. I was so sad that I couldn’t help but cry so much. I don’t know why I felt so sad. I guess it was either the boys and SEVENTEEN, or the fact that I was missing Jake. I was certain he was jealous that I passed two tests so far and that he was stuck in GROUND. There had to be a way to get him out of there. And I used the extension card to do so.
The next day, Bang Si-hyuk entered and talked to us girls. This next test was actually from him!
“Ladies,” he said, “Tomorrow, in the morning, the famous boy band BTS will begin to accept all fan letters globally and from I-LAND at that time. I had informed this to the male I-LANDers. But this should be special, especially for you!”
Hearing this information, we then rejoiced and had a feeling they were going to end up on the show sometime. It was going to be a great episode if they ever did.
The next day, early in the morning, all of us girls then got started on our letters and customizing them with stickers and all kinds of markers. Mine was of course purple. They said they were going to send them out in August. I’m sure that would be a very exciting wait!

CHAPTER EPILOGUE: BTS TEST
Bang Si-hyuk was speaking to BTS through the phone. He told them the entire story of Galway Londoners and AO3. he wanted the boys to come over to I-LAND to meet them for the first time and planned on letting them debut first and the boy-band from I-LAND after.
As he spoke to them, he instructed them to make a “public announcement” via WEVERSE in order for global worldwide fans to vote for the I-LANDers as well.
After the phone call, he went up to Namkoong Min and let him know about his plan. To make a BTS test for the next part. But no one in I-LAND or GROUND would know that this would be an actual thing. So, it was up to the people in I-LAND to make this test work for each and every one of the young boys and girls.
This will occur on August 14, 2020.
