The new girl was being gossiped about all around school. They said that she was haunted and if you said her dead sisters name,Something bad would happen to you. This rumour started when about 3 students witnessed this within themselves.
"They are really tiring aren't they?" A voice said from behind. The new girl looked back and sighed.
"I'm Liam Trust,You?" Liam said with a smile on his face.
"August Inda. Yes,They are quite tiring..It wouldn't be so fun if their dead sister was made fun of" August replied with a sad look on her face
"Must've not thought of that. Want to have Lunch together?" Liam offered to August
"Care about your reputation,guy" August said and sat up from her seat to head to the cafeteria but her hand was grabbed from behind.
"Reputation?I don't know what's that If I can have lunch with you" Liam said and winked which August rolled her eyes at
"Whatever. I guess we can have lunch together" August said annoyingly. Liam smiled and headed towards the cafeteria with her.
They both sat on a seat nearby some girls who of course were gossiping about August. August looked at them and sighed.
"Aug,What's the problem?Is it those girls?" Liam asked in confusion.
"What else could it be? I hate hearing Amelia's name again and again.." August replied with slight tears in her eyes. Liam wiped her tears.
"Those 3 girls are the gossip Queens. The one will Black and Red hair is Britanny. I guess you could call her the leader. She always encourages her friends not to bully anyone but kill them with kindness,Which I dont really see the difference at..Anyways,The girl with Brown hair is Adedaile. She's the one who collects most the information for Gossiping. The last one with the shoulder-lengh hair is Addison. She well...does nothing?" Liam explained.
"I don't care. Why are you telling me this?" August said pretending to not care.
"It's okay if you don't want to share anything with me,I understand you just met me and that would be crazy" Liam stood up from his seat after saying so. August rolled her eyes.
After School ended,August walked to home only to be greeted by her father. To mention,August's mother and father separated when Amelia died as Mrs.Inda blamed Mr.Inda for Amelia dying. Which wasn't completely wrong and so August hated her father. She gasped when she saw her father in the house.
"What's this man doing in the house,He should not step a foot in this house!?" August shouted at her mother and glanced at her father.
"We are not here to get back together. He was the one who came to settle things. And afterall,He has a family now afterall. His dear wife and his son,A son he always wanted. Perhaps,Not the daughter he didn't ever want.." Mrs.Inda explained to her daughter.
"Look. I am not flirting with your mo-Mrs.Inda. I am just here to settle stuff up. I am very happy with the life I have. A great son and loving wife. Wouldn't be great for me to cheat on them. All I want to say is,I didn't kill Amelia or am responsible for it. I would blame it on Amelia as she was the one who *ed me off and gave me the need to drink alcohol to get less stressed. I was high,And just told her Rude stuff. The rest was her choice!I don't know whether she actually sucided or someone framed her sucide!Please stop blaming me" Mr.Inda also explained in hopes to defend himself in a way.
"Ok cool,get out" August didn't listen to anything said and went straight up to her room.
"But why exactly would he keep bringing his son up?Oh he probably wants me to know about my "step-brother" August thought to herself when she heard her mother screaming from downstairs.
"YOU BOUGHT YOUR FAMILY TOO TO TAUNT ME?!" Her mother screamed. As she was about to go downstairs to check what family her mother was talking about,The door opened and someone entered.
"Hey!Mrs Step sister" A guys voice said. August was too shocked to say anything. The guy was way too good-looking for her. His incredible blue eyes,Wavy black hair. She was fascinated but came to her senses as she realised he called her "Step-sister".
"Step-Sister?Oh. You must be my old father's son" August rolled her eyes while saying.
"Quite right. Father let us visit you! Let's see...You look pretty Lame.." The guy pointed out.
"Excuse me?" August said as she was offended.
"Jk,You look cool. What's your name?" The guy asked her.
"No,What's YOUR name?" August back-asked him.
"Jeez,It's Noah k?" Noah said rolling his eyes at August's attitude.
"Very well!You can't know my name" August said and went back on her phone ignoring whatever Noah would say
"That was not very nice of you Mrs.Step sister!" Noah pointed out with a pout on his face.
"Hey,I like you calling me Mrs.Step-Sister. There's no need to know my name anymore!" August looked up to say and went right back on her phone.
"Okay then I'm coming there!" Noah walked up to August and stood there,in front of her.
"What's the excitement Noah?It's just a name" August sarcastically said.
"ABOUT THAT MRS.AUGUST INDA-" Noah raised his voice to say at which August looked up at,startled.
"You know my name!Why ask?" August said angrily.
