Though not admitting right away, Lucian had quite the surprise date for them this evening. The night before, Siebold thanked Lucian and Shauntal for their assistance-- though felt guilty for having to do so during their honeymoon. The Kalosian Elite handed Lucian a pair of tickets to a wild Pokรฉmon Reserve - specifically for water types. It was considered by the public as an aquarium, but it truly served a greater purpose than that.
Before going, Shauntal decided to wear a kimono that she had been dying to wear all week. With an exciting date to look forward to, she figured it was the perfect time to wear it. The garment was modeled after her dearest Froslass. A long white dress with a red sash across her waist and dark blue details along her sleeves to give an icy detail. She may have underestimated the power her dress had on her partner. He seemed to be in awe of her kimono and never once took a hand off of her hips while they walked together. Shauntal considered his possessive hold on her rather cute..and a little ironic. Typically speaking, Froslass froze and collected handsome men who hiked alone.
With him keeping her close literally by the hip, she found herself amused. Walking around the aquarium, she found herself in awe of the various Pokรฉmon she hadn't seen in either Unova nor in Sinnoh. Between displays, Lucian surprised her with a few facts and legends based on some of the Pokรฉmon there, which often led her mind wanting to know more. It was always a joy to hear new information about Pokรฉmon's wildlife.
As the date came to a close, she found herself still feeling a bit worn out from the day before. Thankfully, there were benches nearby, and she took the chance to lean her head on his shoulder. Lacing her fingers between his; she spoke with him about how she enjoyed their trip together and how it was a shame their free time would soon come to an end. They would have time to be romantic like this again, so there wasn't any need to feel disappointed.
Her beloved gave her reassuring words as he drew her into a loving kiss. A silent promise that they would always have time to dote one another once they returned to Sinnoh. Tomorrow was their last day in Kalos, and they planned on making the most of it.
