A Sequel to Remember
  • Though they were aware that the weather was going to be sour during their stay, that didn't stop the lovers and their exploration for the day. Every weather change was an opportunity for them to make the most of it and create a loving memory together.
  • Most cafes were closed, and various metal tables and chairs were either stacked or dragged inside to avoid the pouring rain. Thankfully, Lucian brought an umbrella for them to stand under as they walked hand in hand. An off comment made by her beloved caused Shauntal to giggle.

'White noise from a rainstorm against a glass window with a book would make their afternoon perfectly tranquil.'
  • She enjoyed the rain as well, but she confessed that hearing the white noise against a glass made her sleepy. There were far better things to do in the rain. Embracing the mischievous nature of her darling Ghost partners, she reached for the handle of his umbrella and took off with it for a moment before closing it as the pair started to get soaked. Giggling, she placed it against a ledge for a nearby fountain as she held her arms out to the sky, twirling around. Shauntal then took hold of his hands, pulling him into a dance. Even though her glasses were starting to fog, she found joy in the chill of the rain that embraced them.
  • Swaying to and fro, she slowly gauged his interest to dance in the rain with her. As she twirled out of his arms, she rolled back with a surprise dip from her beloved. His damp locks brushed against her chilled rounded cheeks, slowly pulled into a soft kiss. One hand was on her lower back, the other delicately holding the back of her head to ensure she didn't fall to the ground. Their kiss felt like it lasted an eternity, but even forever didn't last long when it came to his kisses. When he pulled back, a whispered suggestion to return to their hotel was brought up. From what she could tell by the look he gave her, getting out of their soaked clothing was likely just a proper excuse to spend some close-quarter time behind closed doors.
  • She loved dancing in the rain..but it was a million times better with a handsome dancing partner.
