♡When Love Impregnates Us♡
  • “I don’t hate you, I'm just disappointed you turned into everything you said you’d never be.”- unknown
  • Later that night, when the kids had taken off to bed, you and Jimin settled to talk. You both sit up on the bed, looking out the big glass window; as the night sky glows with bright city light that sparkles through the city with joy. “I have agreed… to divorce you. I realize you don’t love me, but.”
  • “But?” He gave a bitter laugh when he heard you say but, your hands trembling, caress each other; you didn't know how Jimin would respond to what you're about to say. Your heart was uneasy as you spoke. “But… I want you to wait until the kids have attained the age of at least 10.” Jimin scoffs. He couldn’t believe this; you want him to wait until when?
  • “Yuna, stop using the kids to make me stay. I can always be in their life. Just let me go.”
  • “Jimin, I… I… have already let go of you. However, after what Jiun's teacher informed me today, I don’t assume our kids are prepared to go through this. Do you know why he is acting quiet?”
  • You pause and turn at the man next to you. He doesn't even look concerned; instead, his face stiffen with coldness. “He's worried that you’re going to leave him and his sister and he doesn’t want that Jimin.” your eyes welled up with tears. “You c… can be with her… you can d… do whatever you'd… desire with her, I d… don’t… care. Just stay with the kids until they are at least old enough. This is the only thing I inquire of you as their father.” Jimin threaded his hands through his locks, as his other hand was messaging his neck.
  • He wants to decline your offer but he can't; he is bothered by what you have said even though it doesn't show he is. Ara and Jiun are his blood; he cares for them. “Fine, but under one condition.” Your brows arch. You are inclined to any conditions, as long as your kids are happy, that’s your only concern. “Let’s stop sleeping in the same room.”

  • You sat in your office looking at the screen; not even shifting or doing your work. You kept pondering about everything that happened so far since you meant Jimin. Yesterday was a day you didn't think would come; a day which you always try to avoid. You are so eclipsed by thoughts that you don't hear, see the door opening.
  • “Mrs. Park, are you okay?” A deep voice asks. Snarling out of your thoughts, your eyes meet at your boss, who is staring at you, worried. You nod your head. “It doesn't appear like it… here are the documents for the event that’s coming up,” he placed the form on your desk.
  • You had forgotten about the forthcoming event because of everything. You don't want to go, but it is a crucial event that all enterprise organizations must attend. This means that Jimin will be there. More reasons you don’t wish to go. You want to stay at home and have quality time with your kids. You want to be there for them. Tell them you will forever be by their side and comfort them.
  • “I’ll get everything prepared.” Mr. Kim nods. As he is leaving your office, he stops in his tracks and spun back at you.
  • “Make sure the pigment is neutral. The new boss likes neutral colors.” New boss? Your eyes widen. “I’m quitting and moving to another job,” he says. “What?” Your eyes widened with a roar, making him flinch. “I was precisely joking,” he chortled before leaving.
  • Is he okay these days? You sigh and look at the event paper. “I better start before I forget,” you mumble.
  • When it is time for lunch, you get up, grab your keys.
  • “Where are you going, Mrs. Park?”
  • “To grab lunch,” you answered.
  • You kept walking as the figure behind followed. “Mr. Kim, why are you following me?” He chuckles as his tongue licks over his lips. “Um… No. I am hungry and want to eat. Oh… Since you are also hungry, we could both grab lunch together.” Namjoon was paralyzed with happiness that his dimples revealed themselves when his eyes crinkled at you. Examining his dimples, you didn’t want to say no. He puckered his lip. It was cute that you could hardly contain your smile. He reminds you of your Jiun when he was younger.
  • “Okay, but I’m driving and paying for the meal.” He nods his head and follows you.
  • The afternoon sun bathes the building in its warm light giving it an aesthetic vibe. Namjoon unfurls the door for you to go in as his hands gesture for y0u to enter. You shake your head and chuckle before entering, your skin tingle and your eyes sparkled at how kind of gentleman he was.
  • As you enter the shop, you see a familiar figure; you stop in your step and stare at the figure. The person back was confronting you, but umpiring by the outfit you knew who it was. You observe as the figure walks to a table and places the food and drink on the table.
  • His smile broadens from ear to ear. For the first time, you see him smile genuinely. It isn't coercive like the one he put on at home. As he slants over, a brown hair pops up from the table and leans in towards him.
  • Their mouths collide, and your heart disperses into a million pieces; your smile slipped as your face clouded with a mixture of disappointment. Your eyes were glossy as you fought back your tears. You didn’t understand yourself. You said you already let Jimin go. Why did this make you want you to cry?
  • “What’s wrong?” Namjoon's deep voice asks as he stares at where you are gazing at; seeing Jimin and the woman, taking your hands, he leads you out the door. “I know another place where we can eat.” You nod and pursue him into your car. This time, he took the wheels and drove.

  • You had lost your appetite; and just sat there, with sadness written all over your face. The man before you wants to say something but prevents himself from doing so. He doesn't want to say something that may rub off rudely. He stares nervously, aching with sympathy as he looks at you. He barely touches his meal. It wasn't his first time seeing things like this; it had occurred to him before, what he doesn’t comprehend is how people can cheat without consideration about the consequences or an outcome.
  • He doesn't understand why anyone will leave their spouse and kids at home and go to another person to cheat with. He felt sick to the stomach at the thought of it, therefore he attempts to avoid relationships because he doesn't wish to get hurt or hurt someone else.
  • After lunch, you two went back to your respectable offices. You wanted to take your mind off what you had seen at the subway shop, so you inhabit yourself with more work. It is beneficial, but the scene keeps popping up in your mind. You hold back your tears; crying over someone who barely loves, respects. As you are typing your report on the computer, your phone rings. You answer the phone and set it to your ears. “Hello, is this Mrs. Park?”
  • “Yes.”
  • “Jiun and another kid got into a fight.” Your body jolts up from the chair. “I’m on my way.” Rushing out of your office, you grab your bag and coat and run out of your office, scrambling to your car.
  • Author's Notes: Yuna story is the saddest *ing story I ever written. If you like sad romance, this is it.
