♡When Love Impregnates Us♡
  • “I gave you my heart. I didn’t expect to get it back in pieces.” - unknown.
  • “Mrs. Park, the event is this Saturday. Everything is in place right?” Removing your eyes from the bright computer screen, it travels to the man in the ebony tuxedo suit. You peer up at him. “Yes, Mr. Young, everything is prepared. I only want to know who is attending and send it out.”
  • “I’ll get that prepared. Don’t bother about that,” he says with a contented tone, giving you a dismissive wave of his hands. You nod your head and resume your work on the computer; you weren’t really doing any work, you were bored and watched cat videos.
  • The man opens the door and walks out; you glare blankly at the wall when you think about what had ensued two days ago; what happened between you and Jimin that night, you will never forget it. You sigh as you look in the computer's direction once again, resuming back to the cat video.

  • “Are you still vexed at me?” Teahyung rolled his eyes. The last thing he needs right now is to hear Jimin’s voice. Jimin walks to Taehyung and sits down on the green sofa next to him. Taehyung scoots over; he didn’t want to be next to Jimin, at least not right now that his anger was settled over him.
  • “Is it that deep?” Jimin asks as he arches his brows. “I’m sorry, I and Yuna will stay together until the children are 10.” Taehyung spun his head. For a minute, he thought Jimin had said something sane; but once again, it was just his mind playing with him. He gave a bitter laugh as his head shakes.
  • “If you assumed that would make me and you cool again… I'm disappointed. Jimin, can’t you see what I’m seeing? This isn't right.” Jimin said nothing; there was nothing he could say that changed Taehyung’s mind, he knew that. Taehyung was a stubborn man. Jimin sat there with an enormous lump in his throat. He doesn't understand why Taehyung keeps forcing this subject on him; it was uncomfortable.
  • Jimin doesn't love you and wishes for Taehyung to understand that. He knows Taehyung doesn't like Areum and they both are enemies, but he wants his best friend to understand him. Because of Areum, he cut many people out of his life. First, it was Jungkook, although Jungkook didn’t care for Jimin dating Areum, at least not when he was with you. He wasn't happy when caught both of them together; it was after the twin birthdays. Jungkook got into a heated argument with Jimin, making things go south between both of them.
  • Jungkook stopped talking to Jimin. They both detached; as they made a promise to themselves that they would never speak to one another and they didn’t. Hoseok's story varied from the others. He was the one that Areum had cheated with and when Jimin found out; he cut him off completely; the minute he saw the picture, he cut ties with Hoseok, not even hearing his side of the story before even considering anything.
  • He knew it was hypocritical of him to cut off Hoseok only and not Areum, too. He still did it. Jimin didn’t cut Yoongi off, but Yoongi did. Yoongi had warned Jimin if he hurt you, he would kill him; that he would never forgive him. They got into a fistfight when Yoongi confronted Jimin about what Jungkook told him about Jimin and Areum. Yoongi and Jimin got into a fight, mainly because Yoongi called Areum names which Jimin didn’t take pleasure in.
  • Yoongi had informed Jimin that Areum was using him, but Jimin refuted it and Yoongi and Jimin got into an immense fistfight that almost killed both of them, but thankfully to Taehyung and Jungkook they were stopped before that could even happen. After that day, Yoongi didn’t talk to him and Jimin didn’t care at all if Yoongi felt a great sense of hostility towards him.
  • Jin, same with Yoongi, but Jin and Areum were lovers before Jimin and Areum were a thing, but nobody knew until Jin told them when she and Jimin started dating. Jin also warned Jimin, but Jimin was blind and didn't see; what the older was warning him of, so the oldest stopped warning him and just watched silently. He didn't talk to Jin, and Jin did the same.
  • He doesn't want the same thing to occur to Taehyung, but Taehyung couldn't care less. Jimin kinda loathes Taehyung for keeping in touch with the others, but he couldn’t do anything about it. Taehyung had the right to hang out or talk to anybody. He was a grown man; he could do whatever he wanted. Well, not whatever. Jimin would shrug it off or get unsettled when Taehyung brought the others into a conversation whenever they were talking.
  • The only friend Jimin has is Taehyung, that’s why he is kinda mad and unhappy that Taehyung is not providing him with the support he needs right now. “Unlike you, I've got things to do. So can you please exit my office,” Taehyung pointed his hands towards the door.
  • He puffed out a breath as he lay back in the chair, his arms folding against his chest. Poking his tongue inside his cheeks, Jimin nods his head. Getting out of the sofa, he walls to the door. As he opens the door, his eyes slightly gaze back at Taehyung, whose focus is now on the computer; not sparing Jimin any glance, Jimin licks his lips and leaves.
  • Jimin plod through the silent hallway of Taehyung's office; noticing a figure walking toward him, he stopped in his step. His eyes squinted to get a better view of the person. When he saw the person's face; Jimin cursed under his breath. Just as he is about to rotate around, he hears his name being called. Jimin turned around; his eyes blazed with annoyance.
  • “Oh… Hoseok.” Jimin ground his jaw, his fist tightening as he spoke. He doesn't even want to use honorifics. Hoseok sees this but overlooked it. Jimin had every right to be annoyed at him. He knew he wounded Jimin, but it wasn’t his intention. He didn't know what occurred that night between him and Areum. All he remembered was him yelling at her. The next minute in the same bed as her, bare and sweaty.
  • He knew she anesthetized him and staged that night as if they had anything; which they didn't. Hoseok wants to tell Jimin that it was not what it seemed like, but he doesn't know how to say it, without evidence. Areum was the one that drugged him; she convinced him of it when he confronted her about it.
  • Hoseok had caught her dancing with another man at a club and informed her he was going to tell Jimin. He repented, even confronting her about what he saw. He should have just taken a picture and shown it to Jimin, but he has no proof. Seeing the way Jimin shot him with pure annoyance; he knew that the sight of him disgusted Jimin to the gut. He wishes it was for Areum, but sadly, those eyes were meant for him.
  • “I came here to see Taehyung,” said Hoseok as Jimin glared at him. Jimin chuckled bitterly as his tongue glazed over his lips. “Don't you also want to see Areum? Or are you terrified of facing her after all these years?”
  • “It’s not that, I just don’t feel like seeing her at all,” Hoseok said, a sense of annoyance punching through him at the mention of that woman's name. Jimin is about to speak out when another familiar figure runs to Hoseok and leaps in his arms. It is Taehyung. Jimin blankly stares at the two men. He rolled his eyes when they both beamed at each other; this sight wasn’t something he wished to stare at.
  • “What are you doing here, Hyung?” Taehyung question. “I came for the event and visited you before the event.”
  • “Do you think Yoongi Hyung is coming?” Hoseok looks at Jimin and clears his throat. “I’m not sure, but I hope he does. These things aren't really his favorite things to do.” Taehyung puckered his lips at the thought of Yoongi not coming. These were the only times he could see or talk to Yoongi.
  • Although he still keeps in touch with Yoongi, they hardly spoke. He misses his Hyung dearly. “I should probably get going or else my wife is going to kill me,” Hoseok jokes. Jimin walks away from the two men and heads to his office; his presence there wasn’t important.

  • Namjoon stares at the woman who lay on the bed, her eyes shut tight. He always came to check up on her to see how she was coming on. But no good news. She wasn’t responding to treatment, and he is growing tired of it. He has tried so many things. He sent her to the best hospital in the U.S., but that didn’t help, so he took her to the best hospital in Korea, China, nothing, all the hospitals he took her to all said the same thing.
  • “We can't save her, I'm sorry.” He was growing tired of everything. The great pang that once gripped his heart when he was young had now come back to torment him. He doesn't want to lose his mother; the thought of losing his mother paralyzed fear in him. Namjoon has already lost a lot of things; but this woman, he didn’t want to. She was his joy, his sunshine, his only source of happiness he knew when he was younger. He clasps the woman's hand.
  • Her breathing was normal when he gazed at her, but it wasn’t. He wants to let his mother rest in peace; go to her final destination, but before he does, he wants her to spend a day with her one last time. Namjoon wishes for her to see what he has achieved. He did all this for her; he worked so hard just to make her happy with him. But the day his mother talked about had to come; and he knew it was only a matter of time that she gave up completely and he would have to turn off the life support.
  • “Mr. Kim, the doctor wants to see you,” a nurse with silky brown hair says. Namjoon stands up and walks to the doctor's office. He opens the door and takes a seat; Namjoon hadn’t even noticed, but his tear-stained face was puffy and swollen with grief. “Mr. Kim, the remedies are not working anymore. I think we need to take her off it.” The doctor says with a heavy heart; he has known Namjoon for 2 years now and every time he saw him, he was always pounded with sadness.
  • He knew this would break Namjoon, but he needed to do his job. Namjoon rubs his temple as he lets out a sigh. “Can we at least wait for this month to be over? Her birthday is coming up, and I want to celebrate with her.” The doctor sighs, but nods at the request, as at least this is the best he can do. “But only for this month.” Namjoon nods.

  • As you enter your home, the aura is quiet; the house echoes with silence, something you haven't heard in years. Now that it is only you, you feel relaxed; you had taken the kids to your mother's house so you could rest and gain yourself back. You close the door behind you and trudge up to your bedroom. Entering the room, you toss yourself on the bed. You are tired; your body surges with pain. Shutting your eyes, you try to fall asleep; your eyes grow heavy with sleep.
  • You want to get up and go take your bath, but you are too lazy; the stabbing pain in your legs from the heels won’t allow you. You can't even move your body. Thank god tomorrow is my day off. You spread your arms wide on the bed. Your eyes scan the room as your eyes land on your wedding photo where you and Jimin were together; smiling as his hands rested on your hips. You stare at the photo as it obscures your eyes.
  • Author's Notes: I feel bad for Namjoon, I literally made his whole life in this story hell.
